Business Doctors® is a business mentoring franchise with its head office in St. Helens, Cheshire. Through its franchisees it offers small to medium sized businesses crucial, insightful support enabling them to overcome their individual challenges and achieve their aspirations for growth.
Having seen continued growth themselves for numerous years, and recently expanded into new countries, they saw it as a key time to elevate their brand and refresh its messaging.
We started by looking at subtle changes to the existing brand that would keep the value already built, whilst growing this with refreshed messages, graphics and communications across print and digital. We wanted to communicate that the brand was evolving, and set out by doing this with updated creative and more focused, relevant messaging.
Over many months we have rolled out the refreshed brand. Working closely with the Business Doctors® internal marketing team, we have created a range of marketing materials including updated brand guidelines, advertising, a new prospectus, email templates, and also a Google Display Network campaign. All to help generate new leads for both the franchise and franchisee sides of the business.
