Challenge

Texet has been a household name for over 20 years, predominantly within the technology sector. Yet with new innovative products they have broadened their expertise and entered the small kitchen appliance market.

After successfully answering their brief and being awarded the project, we were set the challenge of how best to gain market share in this very competitive sector.

Strategy

We set about analysing the market place, visiting their extensive retail network and questioning customers. By studying the competition, their use of colour, photography, fonts and print finishes we set about designing a new range that would position Texet correctly and gain customer confidence.

Solution

With bold photography and a vibrant new colour palette, we created a new range of packaging to match the product quality and fun approach to working in the kitchen. The new range has been successfully rolled out across Tesco stores throughout the UK, with all eight new product types receiving excellent reviews from media and public alike.
