It's always interesting taking an existing brand and moving it forward. The Rock Networks brand had been with them from the start of the business and hadn't moved forwards, rightly so as the key focus of the business was growth.
After our initial meeting it was clear that the logo was clearly recognised by Rock Networks clients and this was to stay. However the challenge was to take this logo and bring it to life both on and offline.
Rock Networks have positioned themselves as one of the leading business telecoms providers and service companies in the UK, and have become a Vodafone Premium Partner.
The strategy to drive the brand forward was to develop a toolkit of which the Rock Networks team can utilise for on and offline marketing, key customer information and internal and external communications.
Initially the key focus for the brand was to quickly bring the website up to date, bringing the key touch points of the core services to the forefront of customer view.
By developing a series of icons that would sit as part of the brand toolkit we where able to give site visitors a quick, clean and on brand visitor experience that projects Rock Networks services.
We worked very closely with the senior management team at Rock Networks around the imagery for the site, as this had to fit the key demographic for their customers and suppliers.
The brand is now in its second phase and we are extremely happy with the progress.
