    Ahead of the workshop, we learn about you, your business or brand, your audience, market, goals and challenges. We provide a short questionnaire that helps give insight and tailor the workshop specifically for your brand. Then an agenda is shared with all participants so everyone can think about what will be discussed.
  • Discover
    This is where we uncover what your brand means and ask questions. You may enter the workshop feeling like you know your brand inside out, and some stakeholders can even be slightly dismissive of the process. We use brand exercises to help you think differently about your brand, view your brand how your customers do, even your employees. By looking at different perspectives we can better align a brand to where your customers are and what they expect. This can often be the opposite of what the stakeholders feel is right, but through research and data we give clarity to the right path for your brand.
  • Development
    We take what we've learnt and start to create a brand strategy. Thoughts on values, names, colours and images can often result in strong views, yet through what we've learnt you will be in a better position to focus on what is right for your brand.
  • Delivery
    Following the workshop, we draft the insights and conclusions into a preliminary document. This can often go through one or two rounds of iteration with your stakeholders to deliver the final brand workshop report. The result is a concise brand framework that will provide you with a foundation for creating or refreshing your brand.

    Brand workshops start from £1200 but are dependent on the number of participants. The cost includes all deliverables mentioned above, use of our meeting room plus a working lunch and refreshments.
  4. How many people do you suggest attending the workshop?
    We normally suggest groups from 2 to 6 people works best. It is key that some of these attendees are stakeholders as some of the information needed can only be answered by people who fully understand the business.
  5. Where are the workshops held?
    The workshops really only work away from your everyday working environment. So we recommend using our meeting room, which has all the facilities we need and can often help to be in a creative environment.
