Working in partnership with Harper Williams estate agents, the brand needed to reach potential homebuyers across traditional and digital channels in order to increase exposure to the properties within the local area and generate quality sales leads.
Central to this solution was the creation of a clean, stylish and contemporary brand that reflected the design and exclusivity of the development – and stood out in a crowded and competitive property market.
‘The Spires’ brand was developed to incorporate a development name, logo and onsite hoardings that was unlike other property brands present in the local area.
This onsite branding was supported by the design, development and hosting of a microsite that enabled The Spires to reach homebuyers across digital channels and open the door to potential homebuyers wanting more information by featuring a property brochure on the site.
A collection of social media graphics were created for estate agents Harper Williams to use to promote the development and to drive traffic to the microsite.
Since launching The Spires brand, Redwaters Housing Developments has met its sales targets - with 60%+ of successful property sales attributed to The Spires microsite.
